Jessica A. Clay

Jessica Clay is an associate in the Corporate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, where her specialty is in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Ms. Clay received her B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in 2001, where she graduated summa cum laude. She graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee Law School, where she earned her J.D. degree in 2004.
