Ms. Slone’s practice is concentrated in Public Finance and Bonds. She has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and trustee’s counsel for tax-exempt financings including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and tax anticipation notes. Ms. Slone has also served as bond and underwriters counsel for taxable financings authorized under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, including Building America bonds.

Ms. Slone received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Transylvania University, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa leadership honorary. She earned her J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina, where she was Senior Staff for the North Carolina Law Review.
Ms. Slone is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta and of the 2009 class of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation’s Destiny Fund, a leadership development program for women identified as emerging philanthropists. Ms. Slone also serves on the Board of Directors of the Feminist Women’s Health Center.
Ms. Slone is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
