Mr. Brecher represents plaintiffs and defendants in litigation in the state and federal courts relating to product liability, toxic torts, professional negligence, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury and wrongful death, contract disputes and other commercial matters. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Federal Court Certified Mediator. Mr. Brecher’s mediation practice focuses on the mediation of civil disputes, including pre-suit voluntary mediations, court-ordered mediations and appellate mediations.
Mr. Brecher is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated attorney, reflecting the highest distinction available for legal ability and adherence to professional ethical standards. Mr. Brecher is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He also serves as a member on the Florida Bar Fourth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and as a Barrister in the Chester Bedell Inn of Court.
Mr. Brecher earned his B.S. in Finance from Auburn University in 1992 and his J.D., with high honors, from Florida State University in 1995. During law school, he was a staff member and Associate Editor of the Florida State University Law Review.
