David S. Brecher

David S. Brecher is a partner in the Jacksonville office of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Mr. Brecher handles litigation relating to product liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury and wrongful death, contract disputes and other commercial matters.

Mr. Brecher earned his B.S. in Finance from Auburn University in 1992 and his J.D., with high honors, from Florida State University in 1995. During law school, he was a staff member and the associate editor of the Florida State University Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Mr. Brecher is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
