Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mura worked as a project manager and estimator with a large commercial general contractor. His construction experience includes streetscape, hospital, laboratory and stadium projects ranging from $1 million to over $100 million.
Mr. Mura has experience litigating in state and federal courts as well as arbitrating with the American Arbitration Association. He also has appellate experience in both state and federal appeals courts. Mr. Mura’s representation has included general contractors, owners, developers and specialty contractors in multi-million dollar disputes.
Mr. Mura’s representation also includes the drafting and negotiating of contracts for all facets of construction projects including agreements between owners and architects; owners and contractors; owners and design builders; and contractors and subcontractors.
Mr. Mura received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
