Brian P. Hall

Brian P. Hall is a partner in the Bankruptcy/Creditors Rights Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP and a member of the Firm’s Air Transport Industry Group.

His practice area includes commercial/secured lending, creditors’ rights and other transactional work. Mr. Hall was employed as a commercial lender for First Union National Bank prior to attending law school.

Mr. Hall received his B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1988. In 1995, he received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.
