Mr. Crabtree has extensive experience in the structuring, financing and ongoing representation of alternative business entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities and joint venture organizations. In addition, he maintains an active practice representing physicians and physician groups, particularly in business organizations, practice acquisitions and health care joint venture matters. Mr. Crabtree also represents both issuers and investors in private syndications of real estate and real-estate related investments, as well as other initial stage and early stage financings.
A native of Tennessee, Mr. Crabtree received his A.B. degree, cum laude, in 1972, from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1976 and is a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Mr. Crabtree is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Georgia.
