Andrew C. Shovers

Andrew C. Shovers is a partner with the Real Estate Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

His areas of expertise include strip shopping centers, shopping center leases, franchise related leases, zoning matters, hotels and extended stay motels. He also has special expertise in representing various lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures.

A native of Racine, Wisconsin, Mr. Shovers graduated from The University of Wisconsin in 1969 with a B.A. degree in political science. He received his J.D. degree from Emory University Law School in 1972 and joined the Firm that year.

Mr. Shovers is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Wisconsin National Alumni Association and is past President of the University of Wisconsin Atlanta Alumni Club.
