Deana D. Ahn

Deana D. Ahn is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

Prior to joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Ms. Ahn was associated with Bainton McCarthy LLC, where she practiced commercial litigation. Ms. Ahn also has experience in the public sector, serving as staff attorney and director of the Fair Housing Program at a New York City based not-for-profit organization.

Ms. Ahn received her B.A. in Political Science and Economics from McGill University in 1997 and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2001. Loyola Forum of International Law published two articles by Ms. Ahn, entitled, “International Adoption” and “International Human Rights Cases in United States Federal Courts.” Ms. Ahn is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
