John J. Lee

John J. Lee is a partner in the Litigation Department of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.

John focuses his practice on business litigation in a variety of areas, including antitrust and trade regulation, banking and financial services, business torts, contract disputes, construction, real estate, intellectual property, and unfair competition and trade secrets.

John received his B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia in 1989, and his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1993, where he served as Articles Editor for the Iowa Law Review.

John is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
