Nicole Haff is an Associate in the Litigation Practice of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP.
Ms. Haff has prosecuted and defended a broad variety of disputes on behalf of corporations, closely-held companies, and individuals throughout the federal and state court systems. She has represented clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to local music collectives. Ms. Haff has experience litigating and advising clients in the areas of contract, copyright, trademark, non-competitive agreements, fraud and other business torts, civil claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), and real estate.
Ms. Haff earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York, University at Albany. In 2007, she earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. Before joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, Ms. Haff was an associate at Proskauer Rose, LLP and the New York boutique Balber Pickard Maldonado & Van Der Tuin, P.C. When Ms. Haff is not in the office she enjoys surfing and traveling. She is also a PADI certified diver.
