SGR Obtains Summary Judgment for Client
The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia recently granted summary judgment to one of SGR’s clients, a national food manufacturer, in an action filed by a current employee alleging she was unlawfully demoted and retaliated against on the basis of her race and because she had filed a prior charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. SGR attorneys working on this matter included partner Lisa Ballentine and associate Christine Tenley.
