Antitrust Lawsuit Settled By SGR
SGR recently concluded the successful prosecution of a large antitrust lawsuit brought on behalf of one of its long-time clients against a major investment bank. The case alleged a conspiracy to manipulate a commodities market in the 1990’s and settled on confidential terms a few days before trial.
The SGR team that achieved this result included Jim Bratton, David Newman, David Handley and Ed Konieczny.
