SGR Counsels Skybus on Purchase of 65 Airbus Jets
Smith, Gambrell & Russell advised Skybus on the purchase of 65 Airbus A319 jet aircraft. Howard Turner was lead in the transaction negotiations. Paul Zampol and John Saunders were involved in negotiations of related engine purchase agreements and maintenance and total support agreements. These agreements are the first of its kind to be offered by Airbus. SGR was Skybus’ only outside legal advisor.
