SGR Represents Canadian Company in Pharmaceutical Firm Acquisition
Smith, Gambrell & Russell represented Canadian company Urigen Holdings Inc. in which the shareholders are acquiring majority control of Valentis, Inc. Valentis develops heart-disease drugs while Urigen focuses on urological products.
