College Partners, Inc. Land Deal with Atlanta Housing Authority
Smith, Gambrell & Russell represented College Partners, Inc. in a five year in-town land assemblage and land swap with Atlanta Housing Authority for a portion of the former Harris Homes public housing project. The land acquired in the swap will be distributed to its three members: Morehouse College, Spelman College and Morehouse Medical School for campus expansion projects.
