SGR Represents Gerdau Ameristeel in Acquisition of Sheffield Steel
Smith, Gambrell & Russell represented Gerdau Ameristeel in its $187 million purchase of Sheffield Steel Corporation. Sheffield Steel is headquartered in Sand Springs, OK and Gerdau Ameristeel is Canadian-based.
