P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. Public Stock Offering
SGR represented P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: PTSI) and certain of its selling stockholders in the public sale of $87.9 million of its common stock. P.A.M. is a trucking company based in Tontitown, Arkansas that transports goods in truckload quantities throughout the continental United States as well as in parts of Canada and Mexico. The offering was underwritten by Stephens Inc. and co-managed by BB&T Capital Markets and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. P.A.M. had not tapped the capital market since its IPO in the mid-1980’s.
