SGR Real Estate Practice Completes $185 million Hotel Sale
The SGR Real Estate Practice Team of Mac Young and Sharon Duvall represented Intercontinental Hotels Group PLC (formerly Holiday Inn) in the sale of 16 Staybridge Suites hotels to a hotel REIT. This transaction spanned 7 states and was completed in a mere 45 days. The value of the transaction was $185 million.
