SGR Represents Several Sellers in Sale of Snowden Pencer Holdings, Inc.
SGR represented Linx Partners, L.P., certain of its affiliates, and other former shareholders of Snowden Pencer Holdings, Inc. in connection with the sale of Snowden Pencer to Allegiance Corporation, an affiliate of Cardinal Health. Snowden Pencer is a manufacturer of specialty surgical instruments. By agreement of the parties, the terms of the transaction are confidential.
