SGR Technology Practice Group Represents Atlanta Company in $4M Series C Venture Capital Transaction
Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP attorneys recently represented an Atlanta-based technology company in the consummation of a $4 million Series C financing. Participants in the deal, which closed in May 2004, included a number of local Atlanta and regional venture capital funds.
