SGR Represents Nihon Kohden’s Acquisition of Neurotronics, Inc.
On December 31, 2008, a group of Smith, Gambrell & Russell attorneys assisted Nihon Kohden Corporation, a Japanese public company listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Block 10 “Electrical Machinery,” Ticker 6849), to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Neurotronics, Inc., based in Gainesville Florida.
