SGR Represents Blue Bird in Reversal of Jury Verdict
Smith, Gambrell & Russell represented Blue Bird Body Company in obtaining reversal of a jury verdict in a breach of warranty claim involving a motor home. The Court of Appeals set aside the verdict, concluding that the plaintiffs could not sue Blue Bird because they had no direct contractual relationship with Blue Bird. The decision is Gill v. Blue Bird Body Co., 147 Fed. App. 807, 80 U.C.C. Rep. Serv. 2d 901 (11th Cir. 2005). The SGR attorneys who worked on the case were Edward H. Wasmuth, Jr. and William V. Hearnburg, Jr.
